At the Deep Dive Coaching Event, you'll join a thoughtful session designed to challenge and uplift our Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs) who are currently residing at an Adult Transition Center run by the Safer Foundation. 

By this stage, EITs have completed initial ideation and customer discovery. Now, they need your help to pressure-test their business models and push their ideas from early-stage insights to focused, buildable businesses.

As a coach, you'll help EITs:

• Process their customer discovery findings

• Identify blind spots and next steps

• Simplify complex concepts into core business solutions

• Ensure feasibility and alignment with Defy's business guidelines

• Receive honest feedback and encouragement from someone who believes in their potential

This is a powerful space for real growth—and your presence helps shape it.
