Purpose: One of Defy’s EITs (Entrepreneur In Training) will pitch her business ideas to a group of judges for admission into our 18-month long Business Accelerator.  Upon admittance into the Accelerator, she will then receive advanced coursework in entrepreneurship and business management, as well as support through the process of incorporating, launching, and growing a new business. Volunteers at the event will provide feedback and business advice as she gears up for the next step in her entrepreneurial journey.
