Defy Ventures is hosting a hike! This hike is about 3 miles roundtrip and is considered easy. It'll start at the Merry Go Round Parking Lot #1 (4730 Crystal Springs Dr, Merry Go Round Lot One, Los Angeles, CA 90027, US) and will end at Vista View Point before we turn back around. The trail is sandy, wide and fairly easy but there is a 5-10 minute section with a steep incline. The trail will reward us with beautiful views of DTLA, Griffith Observatory, and more at the Vista View Point helipad. At the Vista View Point helipad, we'll take a break, have a snack, hydrate, and enjoy the views together as a community before we turn around to head back down the trail and to the parking lot.

We'll meet at the parking lot at 7:30am and we'll start the hike up the trail at 8am. Parking is guaranteed before 7:30am and free.

We'll practice social distancing. Bring your mask, water bottles, snacks and comfortable shoes. Feel free to bring your family and friends, too! This trail is dog-friendly.
