At a Business Coaching Day (BCD), you'll connect one-on-one with Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs) who are building their futures through Defy's CEO of Your New Life program.
Volunteers help EITs:
Polish their resumes and personal statements
Refine early business ideas
Build confidence through connection and conversation
The day includes energizing icebreakers and empathy-building moments that foster real human connection. Your support boosts EITs' self-esteem and motivation as they take bold steps toward a new chapter.
