Purpose: Deep Dive Coaching events are great ways to meet like-minded volunteers and many talented, ambitious Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs) who are taking our Entrepreneur Bootcamp. These events focus on providing feedback to EITs around business planning activities and also help them prepare for their Pitch Showcase. Deep Dives support EITs as they build entrepreneurship skills and, through conversations and connections with our volunteers, enhance EITs' self-esteem, ambition, and sense of hope that is critical to their transformational journey.
