Kickoffs are an opportunity for EITs that are just starting their CEO of Your New Life journey to get to know Defy and our community and to begin building trust and understanding. Volunteers play an important role in these events as caring representatives of the outside world who truly believe that EITs are capable of succeeding as CEOs of their personal and professional lives.
