Location: Zoom virtual event

Purpose: Volunteers will have the opportunity to break out into rooms with the EITs and provide an interpersonal approach on how leadership and character building has helped shape and mold them in their experiences and career. The volunteers will spend 35 min in the breakout rooms with the EITs, where they will coach the individual EITs on the steps that it takes to be a good leader by providing feedback, encouragement, and advice. The volunteers will aim to equip EITs with a better understanding of themselves, values, and assist EITs to assemble a toolkit of strengths and practices that they can deploy within their lives and careers.
