The starting point is by taking control of how money flows in and out of our life. The word budget gets a bad rap. It often brings up thoughts of restriction...but that couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, a real budget pulls you towards the life you want to live. When you take control of your money and track your spending, you gain so much more than money. You gain peace of mind.
