What's it all about?
Deep dives are coaching sessions that are focused on helping EITs more fully build out their business concepts and pitches as they enter the final weeks of the Defy program. Volunteers provide in-depth feedback and coaching to EITs through multiple 20 - 25 minute coaching rotations.
This is an in-person event, and in order to keep everyone safe, all volunteers will need to show proof of Covid vaccination. Masks will be required of all participants during the event. Acceptable forms of vaccination proof can include: vaccination card (can be a copy or photo on the phone), or a digital record provided by a state agency.
