What's it all about?

Business Coaching Day (BCD)

At Business Coaching Day, you'll connect one-on-one with Entrepreneurs in Training (EITs) who are building their futures through Defy's CEO of Your New Life program.

Volunteers help EITs:

• Polish their resumes and personal statements

• Refine early business ideas

• Build confidence through connection and conversation

The day includes energizing icebreakers and empathy-building moments that foster real human connection. Your support boosts EITs' self-esteem and motivation as they take bold steps toward a new chapter.

• Transportation: The prison is 50 miles and approximately 1hr and 20 min from Burbank, CA
