Purpose: We love our volunteers and want you to have the best experience possible! This event is designed to engage new and existing volunteers by providing an in-depth orientation covering Defy NorCal volunteer opportunities and how you can best support our EITs. The event will include a presentation by Defy staff and EITs on expectations and best practices with regard to volunteering at Defy. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to meet and interact informally with both EITs and each other.
